Easy Crispy Cheese Crackers

Stuff your cookies jar with this Crispy Cheese Crackers. You don’t need a food processor, you don’t need to make a dough, and you can make it with a handful of ingredients and a handful of steps.

This recipe is using a Chinese commercial product as a base(dough), that is the Dumpling skin or Gyoza skin, you can use also Wonton skin or Popiah (spring roll) skin. All of them will yield a satisfied crispiness, furthermore, every type of skin provide you unique flavor and will make you nonstop eating it.

Recipe: 2~3 serving. Ready in 10 minutes.

6 pieces Dumpling skin

As need Shredded seaweed (Japanese Yakinori)

As need Parmesan cheese powder

As need Salt

As need Black pepper powder

As need Olive oil

An idea for what you need.

Method:

  1. Arrange a baking sheet on a baking tray, arrange the dumpling skin on it.
  2. Brush the dumpling skin with olive oil, sprinkle with seaweed, and the parmesan cheese powder.
  3. Set to bake at 200°C for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper while it is still hot.

Variation:

I guess you can make a crispy mini pizza with the dumpling skin. Or make an easy gratin with mashed potato.
